My mission is to empower everyone I can through fitness and healthy living, providing the tools and knowledge necessary to live a life free from poor health. I commit to always give one hundred percent of myself, pushing my clients closer to their goals while providing professional personal training that is effective, safe and motivating.

Evan has really inspired me to get back into the best shape I possibly can be in. I’ve always slacked off when it came to working out, but since working with him for the past year, I’ve been able to take what I’ve learned and apply it to my own routines. He not only trains me at his gym but he meets me every so often at my gym ‘Crunch Fitness’ to get a workout in there. That has made the world of difference building my self-confidence to be able to workout in a big gym on my own.  Working out is no longer a chore, but more of something I look forward to doing every day.  The fitness studio that he works out of is awesome. Because the gym is set up for personal trainers their clients only there aren’t a thousand people to work around. I’ve seen a couple other personal trainers in the past but Fit-InMotion is by far the best! I’m in such better shape now than I’ve ever been and there is no sign of slowing down.  If you want to feel and look your best, I highly recommend seeing Evan for personal training.

Great personal trainer! He’s easy going but pushes me hard. He goes out of his way to keep me on track with my fitness goals and genuinely cares about my health and well-being.  Evan has been a huge motivator for me to get back in shape and make my fitness and my overall health a priority. He helped me recover from a wrist surgery I had undergone years ago that didn’t heal correctly. He’s been a perfect fit for me as it is much more affordable than a physical therapist. Because I’m able to train with him more often I’ve become much more diligent with my own workouts. I’m stronger, my endurance has sky- rocketed, my posture and form has come so far and I can feel my  body functions more like it was supposed to. Years of sitting at a desk and being sedentary has taken a toll on me and working out with Evan has helped reverse that. The fitness studio he works out of is clean, plays good music and is all around a good environment. I highly recommend Evan, he is an amazing personal trainer.

I started training with Evan over 4 years ago. I had worked with other trainers for a few years and made some progress but felt like I was just going through the motions. Right from the beginning training with Evan was different. He really cared about what I wanted to achieve from his training. There are the obvious broad goals of better health, more stamina, and increased strength but he also helps with motivation, targeted results, and most of all, enjoyment in working out. Over the years we have worked on strengthening my core so I have fewer low back problems, building my legs so I was able to start running again, as well as developing the ever-important “beach muscles” for summer. Evan continuously develops new ways to work muscles so training is fresh and challenging. No two workouts are the same! Along with improved strength and cardiovascular health, I have also made a really good friend. Our training sessions are filled with hard work but also friendly conversation between sets and a few good laughs after. Evan definitely enjoys his work and it shows in his positive attitude and genuine interest in his client’s needs and abilities. Evan will push you but know when you reach your limit. He will encourage you to give just a little more if you can, congratulate you when you succeed and support you when you fall short with a few words to inspire you to try again. With Evan’s dedication to my well-being I am in better shape today than I was 20 years ago so I plan on training with him for many years to come.
