I grew up in Portland, Oregon — close to the coast and surrounded by forests, rivers, and mountains. Being raised in the Pacific Northwest sparked my love for the outdoors and set me on a lifelong path of movement, exploration, and fitness. These days, I’m married to my amazing wife, Celine, and we’re raising our nine-month-old son, Wyatt. We also share our home with three dogs — Charley, Jade, and Doug — and a bearded dragon named Liz. Most of my free time is spent hanging with the family, hiking with the dogs, working out, camping/exploring and taking photos. I love photography and try to bring my camera with me wherever I go.
Fitness has been a life-changer for me for over 20 years. When I first discovered the gym, it became a way to get stronger, build confidence, and better handle stress. Over time, setting and reaching goals in fitness taught me how to apply the same discipline and persistence to every part of my life — especially my work. I’ve also seen that same shift in the people I train. As a personal trainer, I love helping others become their strongest, most capable selves. Whether that means staying active with your kids, getting back on track after a setback, or simply feeling better in your body, I believe fitness should support the life you want to live.
The last time I’ll summit Mount Hood. It keeps getting steeper. Now that I have a kid, I’m sticking with the safer ones.
Charley has been such an amazing first dog! I could not have asked for a better pup to go on adventures with.
Whether you’re brand new to training or already consistent and ready to level up, I create programs built around your goals, your schedule, and your body. As a Portland personal trainer, my focus is simple. Help you build real strength, improve mobility, and make steady progress you can sustain long term. No guesswork. No wasted effort. Just coaching that moves you forward.
