For me, exercise has been a life-changer for 18 years. When I discovered the gym, I found an avenue to get stronger and become a better athlete. More important, I coped far better with stress; I gained confidence, and I took over the awesome responsibility of creating a healthier life for myself, both mentally and physically. As the gym integrated itself into my life, every area of my life changed for the better.

Fitness was one of the first arenas that I pursued goals in, through ups and downs over time, and saw the power of hard work and perseverance allow me to accomplish them, and more. Creating a snowball effect of confidence to attack other goals in all areas of my life. Particularly work. Likewise, I’ve seen the power of fitness transform the lives of all my clients that commit to their personal training & their own independent fitness program. I love helping people become their best, strongest selves.

Gyms Don’t Change Lives. People Do.

With over 10 years of experience as a personal trainer helping clients achieve their health and fitness goals, and over 20 years tackling my own, I bring a wealth of practical, hands-on knowledge to my clients, and we have a lot of fun doing it!

Every session I lead is preplanned and tailored to the client’s individual needs. My training programs are goal-oriented while emphasizing overall optimal body function and injury prevention. I believe in building strength and endurance, as well as improving mobility and reducing muscular imbalances. It’s all about working hard, achieving results, and staying out of pain doing it!

You’ll never find another trainer who cares more about your fitness, goes the extra mile to customize workouts to meet your goals, and gets you to have fun working out even if you don’t think it’s in your nature! True, it’s me that does the heavy lifting (so to speak), but Evan’s the man with the plan. In the first year I lost nearly 50 lbs working with him. In the second year, I’ve kept it off. Now entering year 3 in the best shape of my life with a bag full of new habits that I only wish I’d developed decades earlier. For me, 43 is the new 21 and Evan’s been a big part of it.
